Architect/Engineer: Façade Maintenance Design
SCOPE OF WORK: Lintel Replacement, Parapet reconstruction, caulking, corner reconstruction, precast stone replacement and patching, façade cleaning, terrace replacement using new bluestone pavers and Manville roofing system.
Scope of Work: Performing Basement and subbasement repairs at (12) buildings consisting of the removal of the existing CMU basement walls and rebuilding new reinforced CMU walls including the application of new waterproofing, and new water tight doors. Mechanical Repairs consisted of gas meter replacement, mobile boilers, condensate pumps, and the removal and replacement of the boiler breeching. The inner courtyard repairs included the removal of 32,000 SF of the existing concrete, waterproofing of the existing structural slab and the pouring of a new topping slab.
SCOPE OF WORK: Replacement of all roofs using new Siplast roofing System Replacement of all exhaust roof fans, new steel railing, Furnish and replace new flood Doors, new deployable Flex-Wall flood protection system. Interior hollow metal doors replacement.
HUDSONVIEW GARDENS NY, NY
Hudson View Gardens is unique in New York City – a European village in the center of Manhattan. AM&G restored it to perfection.
SCOPE OF WORK: Façade repairs including lintel, corner reconstruction, brick facade replacement, parapet reconstruction. Custom mortar for the pointing had to be designed due to the historical value of the building. Copper work, slate, and stucco work. .
295 CENTRAL PARK WEST NY, NY
This New York landmark was entirely refaced by AM&G with everything from ornamental brick to new quarry tile on the terraces.
RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE
295 Central Park West, New York, NY Brick Removal and Restoration
SCOPE OF WORK: Complete street façade brick removal and restoration of North and East elevations. Parging of entire back-up and installation of Sika membrane. Custom design brick anchors including a multitude of brick shapes. New precast coping, Kemper waterproofing and quarry tile surfacing.
Owner/Manager: Buena Vista Associates Architect/Engineer: Lawless & Mangione Architects
SCOPE OF WORK: Restoration of the existing multi level garage, including concrete patching, coating, parking stripping, Façade restoration of the high rise including new EIFS System, new exhaust roof fans and cleaning, sealing all exhaust duct risers, replacement of all roofs with new roofing system, ACM abatement.
Owner/Manager: LESC Architect/Engineer: A&W Architects and Engineers
SCOPE OF WORK: Comprehensive masonry and façade work including 2,500 units of Terra Cotta Replacement. Cornice reconstruction, including reinforcement of steel outrigger support. Various masonry repointing, Brick replacement, Lintel repairs, Façade cleaning, Asbestos and Lead Abatement, HVAC duct work and Complete roof replacement using liquid membrane. Provide standby generator and platform and replace damaged Switch board. Work involves extensive removal of deteriorated wiring and installation of new wiring. Coordination with Coned A was paramount. Provide a 250KW/312KVA Generator, Electrical panels, Structural steel platform, Structural piles, New fireproof windows and doors, ACM and lead abatement, Interior work, Fire shutters.
